Candidates must be able to multi-task, and have good computer skills. Account Executives are responsible for the full sales life cycle and must be comfortable in making numerous outbound calls daily. Responsibilities Building upon our successful software sales track record, you will promote and sell our best of breed business management software solutions. In true 'Hunter' fashion, you will prospect, generate and cultivate new leads in your region and expand our presence in our target markets by effectively communicating an outstanding value proposition. You will develop prospects into customers by matching their business processes to our solution, following a team oriented customer-centric sales process, showing prospects the overall value of Brightree to their business. Requirements/ Skills Several years of successful direct sales experience of web hosted applications software, or other financial, business, CRM or ERP solutions to small business owners Self starter, results driven, highly motivated, high energy, with a proven track record of exceeding quota objectives A strong understanding from a sales perspective of accounting solutions, business solutions, eCommerce, ERP or CRM is essential Ability to analyze and assess client needs and requirements through a consultative process Ability to work in a team environment Confident, aggressive, and highly organized A competitive spirit and a drive to be the best Desires a fast-paced, dynamic work environment that values integrity Excellent verbal and written communication skills A college degree is highly preferred Compensation Brightree offers a highly attractive compensation plan including competitive benefits package. |
