Account Coordinator Crisp Media
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED Crisp Media is unique for its combination of industry-leading mobile rich media ad technology and a rapidly-growing publisher network. Account Coordinators work with the Crisp Sales team and Account Managers to ensure a successful sales process.
Assist in preparation of pitch decks, market analysis, and prospecting.
Prepare RFP responses; make necessary entries in Prisma/MediaVisor and agency templates.
Manage workflow around IOs and other campaign documentation.
Maintain Salesforce entries.
Maintain regular communication with clients and agencies, including provision of reports and screenshots.
Work with Account Managers and Sales to schedule calls and meetings and otherwise ensure that pre- and post-sale phases are efficient and productive.
Desired Qualifications and Skills
BA/BS degree from an accredited college/university.
Experience/interest in digital advertising preferred.
Ability to operate, make timely decisions, and meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced atmosphere.
Excellent oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to be persistent and achieve results while building positive relationships.
Proficiency using MS Office (chiefly Word, Powerpoint, and Excel).
Ability to be analytical and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
Superior time management and organizational skills; proven ability to multi-task and work effectively under pressure.
Passion for teamwork, client service, digital advertising, and reaching business results.
