ScaleMP is seeking an Account Executive responsible for selling complex software solutions and services to Major Accounts in an assigned territory or market segment
This role will identify sales opportunities within their accounts/territory, working with the technical team craft the best solution for the clients and then proceed to close the sale. The Account Executive must have the ability to become a product expert, to develop and present sales proposals and systems solutions, and to close complex technical sales.
Proven customer relationship building skills/expertise/opportunity generation
Ability to handle multiple opportunities on a routine basis
Experience with a CRM tool such as Sales Force.com
Good communication and presentation skills required
Travel estimated at around 50%+
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science
Minimum 5 years sales experience successfully selling to executive decision makers with a focus on CIO/CFO level projects.
Proven track record at influencing large scale solicitations and procurements for favorable outcome
Familiarity with technical computing customers in the territory, HPC concepts, Big Data
