Account Executive, Partner/Alliances Clarabridge
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED Clarabridge is seeking an experienced Alliances Manager to grow our successful partner program. This position will be part of a dynamic environment working with state of the art, innovative technology, highly motivated employees and top tier partners and Fortune 1000 customers.
The Alliances Manager will be responsible for developing and executing on the company's strategic vision for channel and alliances development, as well as partnership initiatives.
Help lead the company's strategic, corporate planning and development process
Evaluate outside opportunities for partnerships and alliances
Build relationships with existing partners and evangelize how the company's products and services can help them meet their customer's needs and requirements
Carry a quota associated with indirect alliance revenue
Creatively develop new partner opportunities and build relationships that encourage our clients and partners to participate in referring, reselling or OEMing our products to other companies
Structure channel partners programs to facilitate rapid revenue growth
Negotiate partner business terms and conditions
Facilitate all internal and external activitities required to enter into a partner agreement
Meet channel sales, revenue, activity goals and standards of performances (SOP) on a quarterly basis
Perform industry analysis and financial modeling for strategic projects
Coordinate participation and leverage cross-functional resources (marketing, sales, software development) in developing, launching and maintaining new business relationships
Develop and implement strategic partnership marketing standards and processes
6+ years working within the enterprise software industry developing channel/partner strategies and cultivating channel/partner relationships into successful business ventures
Strong understanding of the Software-as-a-Service (SaaS)
Demonstrated ability to negotiate and secure new partnerships
Bachelors degree required; MBA preferred
Proven success structuring relationships and delivering results
Must have proven relationship building, account management and program management success
Able to work collaboratively inter and intra departmentally to clearly communicate alliance partner business strategy and incorporate feedback
Must possess a high degree of integrity and the ability to achieve results in a flexible, dynamic environment
Requires mature judgment and initiative with good listening, communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to negotiate agreements between parties
Superior verbal, presentation and written communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of alliance partners from technical to C-level management
Proven ability to strongly influence others to gain acceptance and approval of difficult or innovative ideas and concepts
Excellent problem solving and strategic skills; effective change agent
