The Account Executive is responsible for achieving the assigned sales/margin goal for the company?s Rosewill brand and/or assigned products through traditional sales channel outside of Newegg, such as small retailers, distributors, e-commerce and home shopping channels.
Target customers through traditional sales channels in North America, including but not limited to, Distributors, Small Retailers, E-commerce, Home Shopping Channels, VAR, SMB, and G.E.M.
Contact customers and potential customers via phone, email, fax, and personal visits to discuss their needs and to explain how these needs could be met by specific products and services.
Present quotes, credit terms, bid specifications and all other options. Answer customers? questions about products, prices, availability, product uses and credit terms. Negotiate price, payment term, and service agreements towards closing the sales.
Coordinate sales efforts by building bridges internally with HR, Accounting, Credit, Tax, Legal, Product Management, Marketing, Logistic, Warehouse (Order processing center), Fraud, Customer Service, IT, MIS, BSA departments.
Plan and organize an ongoing sales strategy derived from the defined revenue and profit targets. Prepare sales reports, reviews and other paperwork to evaluate performance results periodically and make adjustments as needed.
Keep updated with product knowledge, applications, technical service, market conditions, competitor?s activities, advertising and promotional trends through the reading of pertinent literature and consulting with marketing and product management team.
Provide forecast to product management team for inventory procurement.
Recommends new products, solutions, and services by evaluating current products, solutions and services, and collecting feedback from customers and potential customers.
Gather and manage intelligence regarding customer profile, type, core business industry, buying trends, needs and preferences. Prepare sales documentation for orders obtained, submit orders for processing and maintain customer records by using automated systems.
Keep commitment in a timely manner and resolve issues promptly.
Be accountable for customer satisfaction and providing high quality service in representing the company.

Bachelor?s Degree or equivalent qualification, with focus in Business or Marketing preferred.
3+ year of direct selling experience in demand generation and new account acquisition and/or related experience
Solid understanding of Information technologies, products, services and their competitive equivalents.
Ability to travel up to 10% of time as needed
Strong oral and written communication skills with emphasis in business writing skills
Negotiation, cold calling and qualifying skills
Goal oriented and success driven
Organizational, coordination and time management skills
Highly self-motivated and enthusiastic.
Ability to work well under pressure
Demonstrated ability to execute results against strategy and meet critical deadlines.
