As a direct result of our growth in the German market, uSamp is in search of an Account Manager to join the team to actively manage and grow accounts, by handling all German sales opportunities, in an efficient and timely fashion. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for the bidding process, and certain aspects of account management, as well as lending any support our sales team may need. We are looking for individuals who take a hands-on approach towards client management, collaborating with Sales executives to close sales cycles.
As an ideal candidate, you will have the following competency:
A desire to work for an entrepreneurial oriented company ? a willingness to take initiative and action with limited direction
Strong communication skills, on the phone and via email.
Learn the needs of clients and help sales reps manage the relationships to help grow the business.
Effectively manage the bidding process and track opportunities in Sales Force.
Manage the data reporting data reporting needs of each partnership, ensuring that the overall objectives are met.
Work in conjunction with our project and vendor management team to monitor projects infield, and ensure that client?s needs are met in a timely and effective manner.
Provide sales collateral and orientation materials to clients.
Ability to work autonomously in a fast paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Possess good communication, organizational and creative thinking skills.
Ability to learn and understand the needs of Market Research clients as they relate to both the industry and to the products and services provided by uSamp
Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
Effective communications skills
Ability to articulate well and understand what it takes to communicate with and ?bond? with clients and vendors alike.
A multi tasking individual that likes to work both in a team environment and individually. Willing to manage a full workload and possess the ability to manage priorities that change moment by moment
