About the Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity to work with Andera?s existing bank and credit union customers and assist them in fully maximizing the opportunities available in a multi-channel deposits and loans originations market.
About the Responsibilities
Manage a base of clients acting as a trusted advisor in the online origination market while simultaneously pursuing new business opportunities within that client base.
Conduct regular status and strategy reviews to understand client needs and how they translate into future business opportunities.
Setting client goals for account opening and lending by looking at benchmarks set by other financial institutions of the same size on Andera's network.
Connect clients with each other so they may share success stories and talk about what they've learned along the way.
Provide tips and ideas for optimizing client website to drive online account opening and lending.
Share marketing best practices and strategies for developing referral programs, online advertising, and retargeting with incentive offers.
Develop a consultative relationship with our existing clients, working to insure their satisfaction and increase their investment in Andera.
Internally act as the voice of the client and advocate for products and services that best serve their needs.
Have demonstrated success in delivering customer satisfaction and incremental revenue with a population of existing clients.
Effectively develop professional relationships with financial institutions.
