If so, iCrossing is looking for a new Account Manager in our San Francisco office.
iCrossing Account Managers are committed to developing and achieving client objectives and becoming the trusted advisor for our clients? interactive marketing needs. For this particular role, our ideal candidate has experience as a client partner across multiple digital channels including web development, SEM (paid or natural search), and keeps up to date on current trends in the digital space.
As an Account Manager you must be a solution oriented thinker, understand the
depth and breadth of iCrossing services, and be able to advise clients on
strategies to meet their digital marketing objectives. iCrossing Account Managers must feel comfortable working with individuals at all levels within our client?s organizations and be able to work across cross functional teams(technical, creative and analytic/strategy). You must be able to understand
marketing planning processes and you must be able to work closely with our
delivery teams to insure that client requirements and expectations are not only
met, but exceeded.
Demonstrates a thorough understanding of client's marketing strategy and can communicate how current data insights/tactics associate with longer-term strategy objectives
Anticipates client questions and has well thought-out answers and solutions
Ability to take complex ideas and explain to clients
Always thinking about how we can better serve iCrossing clients and create additional growth within the business
Partner with clients to develop and write business plans including budget forecasts
Manage the overall client relationship by setting and delivering upon client expectations
Exceed client expectations by providing timely follow-up and ensuring all requests are met and delivered
Work with Project Manager to ensure all deliverables are met
Ensure deliverables meet client's strategy and drive the account forward based on client objectives
Maintain and grow revenue from existing clients and identify and participate in new business initiatives for prospects
Work with immediate supervisor to define and develop measurement models for project success with clients
5+ years digital marketing experience including a mix of web development , digital campaign development, display advertising, site experiences, rich media, email and social.
Proven experience working across cross functional teams
Thorough understanding of online marketing and its role and importance in overall marketing strategy
Detail oriented and client focused
Proven ability to work across multiple accounts or projects
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Proven experience working on a large team and can work collaboratively and individually
