Account Supervisor Cardlytics

The Account Supervisor is responsible for cultivating relationships with Fortune 500 clientele, designing effective campaign strategies in the Cardlytics digital marketing channel, and partnering with the national sales team on new business opportunities. The Account Supervisor will have experience in managing and building client relationships, anticipating the needs of client, designing and implementing program strategies, and possess critical and analytical thinking skills. The ability to work in a demanding environment and across internal teams is critical.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The account supervisor role is three-part; strategy development, client management and sales partnership. Responsibilities are divided accordingly.
Strategic Development and Responsibilities:
Identify client?s business objectives and customer targeting needs.
Design and optimize digital campaigns, including structure and strategy, to address client goals.
Assess and cultivate long-term strategic goals using analytical data from internal tools to develop ways to better execute or improve campaign performance.
Client Management Responsibilities
Manage and serve as the primary point of contact for Fortune 500 clients to ensure clients? needs are met and additional opportunities are identified and executed.
Operate in both a marketing and business strategy capacity to grow and maintain client relationships.
Educate clients about card-linked marketing and how Cardlytics meets their business needs.
Listens effectively and anticipates clients? needs.
Responsible for keeping all necessary program details routed and updated for all campaigns to external and internal parties.
Ability to effectively manage and prioritize projects and assignments.
Work across Cardlytics teams to generate insights and complete client deliverables.
Sales Partnership Responsibilities
Work with an assigned sales team to help them develop sales plans, campaign strategies and analytical insights
Assist sales team in preparing proposals and presentations; attend sales meetings.
Interpret marketing results at an in-depth level and learn to communicate these findings to internal team members, clients and partners.
Qualifications and Experience
BS or BA, MBA preferred
Strong mathematical and critical thinking skills required
5+ years of experience in behavioral marketing, digital marketing, campaign management and/or account management.
Must have held the primary account relationship manager on a Fortune 500 account.
Analytical proficiency. Candidate must be a strategic and creative thinker that understands business problems and opportunities and is able to identify, aggregate and synthesize relevant data to inform decisions and show trends.
Ability to meet deadlines consistently and can multi-task assignments
Possess excellent interpersonal, oral and written communications skills
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work across functional teams in order to ensure program implementation accuracy.
Must have strong PC skills: Windows, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
Agency experience preferred; digital media buying and search a plus.
Anticipated travel of 20-25%
