The Ad Operations Manager is responsible for working directly with BitTorrent advertisers to manage innovative advertising campaigns and provide a best-in-class customer experience.
Successfully test, traffic and optimize creative and promotional units for large-scale advertisers
Manage high number of concurrent campaigns, optimizing both revenue and client satisfaction
Perform yield and creative optimization
Lead team of internal and third-party traffickers
Ensure proper campaign setup and manage QA process
Deliver status reports for internal and external audiences on campaigns to ensure 100% delivery and best performance
Troubleshoot and address creative and/or technical problems as they arise
Provide delivery reports to the Sales team as needed
Develop new insights and analyses, working with the PM and analytics team to identify new trends and collaborate on new ad product launches
Ideal candidates will possess a strong combination of the following experience:
2-5 years experience in an ad operations role with heavy focus on customer management and analysis
Strong quant skills, with experience running and managing online acquisition programs with an emphasis on CPA/CPI and CPC
Experience with OpenX, DART, and/or major ad servers
Experience with Microsoft Office, with command of Excel
Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelors Degree in a quantitative field
