Responsibilities will include:
Provide administrative, technical and sales support to National and Regional Sales Vice Presidents as well as other Sales staff
Assist in facilitating sales leads via data entry (from business cards, other trade show literature and magazines, etc.)
Marketing projects such as developing letters and email blasts
Assist in managing Salesforce.com
Work with sales management to track and review sales activity reports
Update and maintain schedule of sales meetings in Outlook calendar
Develop marketing and promotional strategies
Update and maintain Sales Orientation/Reference Manual
Assist with Trade Shows
Assist with Promo Items
Mail lead letters and marketing brochures for sales representatives
Attend sales meetings and track action items
Assist the Executive Assistant- Sales and Executive Administrator when needed.
Associates Degree or equivalent experience
2? 4 years of office administration experience, sales and marketing experience a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional organizational skills and professionalism
Must be sensitive to confidential information.
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint- advanced knowledge of Outlook/PowerPoint required
Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast paced environment.
Must be a self-starter, motivated to take initiative
