The Online Advertising Agency Operations Manager role is an exceptional opportunity for highly-motivated Ad Operations professionals to join the growing operations team at Operative. This role requires an analytical ?thinker? with great communications skills and an interest in managing a trafficking team dedicated to over-the-top customer service. This is an extremely fast-paced and dynamic environment which requires superb organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines on a daily basis.
Successfully train in all of Operative?s proprietary platforms
Setup, modify and manage ad serving systems, overseeing scheduling, testing and implementation of online ad campaigns to ensure timely start and full delivery of campaigns
Create, develop and maintain Advertising Operations processes, best practices, and training documentation.
Manage requests submitted to the workflow management system (OpSight)
Manage a team of advertising technology experts
Work coordination and assignment
Ensure all Service Level and Quality standards are being met
Pull ad hoc and general client services reports
Troubleshoot issues and provide support for campaigns when technical issues arise
Provide training to traffickers and answer all trafficking questions
Experienced knowledge of ad trafficking and ad serving, working with industry leading vendors (DFA, MediaMind, Atlas, Salesforce, etc.)
Highly motivated to continue learn operational and management aspects of digital advertising
Ability to handle and prioritize heavy workload with high volume requests across multiple accounts, mediating many demands and requests
Multi-tasking in fast-paced/high transaction environment
Excellent written and verbal communication
Dedication to exceptional customer service
Proficiency in troubleshooting a variety of media formats (i.e. video, mobile and display)
Preference for those highly proficient with Excel advanced features/capabilities
6-12 months of Agency trafficking experience strongly preferred
Salary: Commensurate with Experience
Reports to: Director, US Operations
Location: Operative Headquarters ? New York, New York
Hours: 9-6, additional hours as required
Travel required: 1 ? 3 trips / year
