Based on solid commercial momentum in the mobile app distribution market, Appia is seeking an Ad Operations Specialist. This position supports Appia?s mobile media business through campaign deployment and in-life management.
Initial areas of responsibility include
Appia is seeking to hire ? extraordinary individual to join the Appia ad operations team. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of set-up, delivery, and optimization of advertising campaigns running across Appia's network of mobile application stores.
We are looking for a sharp, hands on, self motivated individual with strong organization skills who is able to thrive in a start-up environment and is ready to play a key role in helping to grow a business.
Manage all aspects of ad campaign fulfillment including ad testing and campaign scheduling
Operate the ad-serving system to execute and deliver on campaign targets and budget
Proactively monitor campaign delivery, investigating discrepancies with clients, agencies, and third-party platforms as needed
Troubleshoot delivery and/or creative issues while the campaigns are in progress
Monitor campaigns and come up with effective strategies to improve campaign performance
Provide input on ad serving processes and capabilities to improve efficiency and product feature set
Manage day-to-day servicing needs of clients, including campaign trafficking, reporting, and follow up with any additional requests
Skills & Background
Minimum 1-2 years of account management or related experience
Minimum 1-2 years? experience in online advertising operations
Understanding of online advertising and publisher monetization
Understanding of mobile advertising landscape
Experience working with ad networks a plus
Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks and relationships
Proficient Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel and Powerpoint
Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skill
Ability to be a team player as well as work independently
Ability to work with tight deadlines
