Broker relationships with merchants
Manage top tier accounts and develop affiliate contact management strategy
Collaborate with Finance and Product teams to execute on sold campaigns
Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance, identify areas of improvement, and recommend ways to increase affiliate-generated revenues
Identify and implement opportunities to enhance affiliate program, new growth opportunities and optimize ROI
Work with Legal to ensure compliance with industry and corporate policies and data management best practices
Provide world class customer service to strategic accounts to service campaigns and drive repeat business
Monitor campaign delivery and performance
Adhere to and improve upon processes to ensure quality assurance and ad delivery capabilities
1-3 years of relevant work experience in trafficking and online advertising
Highly proficient with online ad and internal tracking tools
Outstanding organizational, attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
Previous account management experience
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Understanding of toolbars and/or downloadable software
Experience evaluating creative messages, analyzing results and optimizing campaigns
Strong understanding of current digital research companies, Web metrics, ad servers and other analytical tools, for example: NielsenNet Ratings, Buzz Metrics, @Plan, AdRelevance, ComScore, Quantcast, Compete, Atlas campaign management software, Google Analytics
