Position: Athlete Service Coordinator

Main Position Responsibilities:
Plans and prepares outline for athletes? visit to API.
Directs, motivates, and assists athletes in a safe, legal, moral, ethical manner to achieve their goals.
When necessary, appropriately supervise, direct or support the performance team in the execution of their job responsibilities.
Updates training plan with athlete and communicates all training changes.
Performs all aspects of position held in a professional manner.
The Athlete Service Coordinator will follow established policies and procedures of the company.
Develop, manage and implement all areas of administration including but not limited to billing, expense reports, faxing, mailing, answering telephones attendance, contact athletes, and inventory.
Attends, plans, and/or conducts orientation and tour of the facility with each athlete.
Supervision of athletes as assigned.
Participate in program planning and development. Will follow up with each athlete to ensure world class experience.
Conducts all aspects of athlete intake including but not limited to administration, billing, collections, attendance and updating information.
Develop relationships with groups on behalf of AP, including but not limited to, players, agents, teams, universities, associations, institutions, vendors, and sponsors.
Coordination of the ?Front Desk? area.
Other duties as assigned by General Manager.
Develop and Manage the Athletes? visit to ensure world class experience.
Assist in the set up of transportation or hotel accommodations for VIP?s when necessary.
Monitor, on a daily basis, the execution of the athletes? program in conjunction with performance specialist, PT, kitchen, nutrition, etc. (all communications)
Assist in the exit process with the athlete and review exit interviews with API staff.
Develop and execute weekly ?updates? with the athlete on their internal and external experience to ensure world class experience.
Develop relationships with external vendors to set up external activities for the athlete. Include in welcome information a ?things to do and see? list.
Develop a vendor list for the athlete including but not limited to dry cleaners, barber shops, night life, family outings (Concierge service).
Ensure all aspects of administrative duties are complete, including but not limited to billing, collection, faxing, sending informational packets, expenses, answer the phone, direct individuals entering the AP office.
Excellent communication skills.
Works well in a fast paced environment.
Proficient computer skills: Word, Excel, etc.
Proactive and anticipates the needs of our clients.
Experience with Administrator/Front Desk roles and responsibilities.
Represents the healthy lifestyle of Athletes? Performance.
