We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail oriented Business Analyst who can fully understand and analyze client needs by working closely with senior consultants and subsequently articulate those needs to the development team for comprehensive feature definition.
This is an excellent opportunity for self-starters who like to take initiative in planning and implementing innovative ideas and wearing multiple hats.
?Collaborate with various product management team members in gathering, understanding, articulating, and prioritizing client needs.
?Recognize the implications of changes to project scope and work with interdepartmental teams to ensure that the appropriate trade-offs are acknowledged and agreed upon.
?Engage closely with the engineering team to help determine the best technical implementation methods and reasonable execution schedules.
? Encourage creative solutions for new and modified functionality with the product owners and development by coordinating and facilitating functional design brainstorming sessions.
?Translate the approved product vision into specific, detailed, and actionable user stories for prioritization and delivery.
?Motivate the team to achieve deliverable goals in terms of functionality and timing.
What you bring to the table:
?3+ years of relevant experience (financial industry and/or RIA experience a plus).
?Ability to pick up new technology quickly.
?Strong verbal and written communication skills.
?Detail oriented and excellent multi-tasking skills.
?Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
?Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with clear focus under pressure.
?Must work well in a team environment, including the ability to build effective working relationships.
?Must be flexible, reliable, trustworthy, and absolutely confidential with all matters.
?Demonstrated experience delivering high quality products from concept to launch.
?Proficient in Microsoft Office.
