PeopleLinx is looking for someone with high-energy, excellent communication skills, and who is comfortable engaging and working with smart individuals within a fast-paced company. We are a team of leading experts set on changing the way big companies look at and use social networks to meet their business goals ? i.e. Social Business. This role places you on the front lines of our company, working with Fortune 500 executives, sales representative & mangers, and marketing & recruiting staff using social technologies and the PeopleLinx platform.

PeopleLinx provides a scalable software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that empowers enterprise professionals to optimize their social presence and exceed their business goals using tools like LinkedIn. This customizable and flexible Social Business Optimization software can quickly be deployed across the enterprise to provide employees with information about best practices, ongoing assessments, interactive tutorials, content libraries and other tools to help them be as effective as possible when navigating social networks for business. When integrated into the daily workflow, these features and capabilities produce tangible and measurable results across sales, marketing and human resources.
You?ll be involved in daily company operations and get exposure to every aspect of this business from product development, to business and marketing strategy, all the way to the front lines of solution delivery and customer service. In this role, you will:
Offer five-diamond customer service across every interaction
Manage internal office operations and ensure efficient movement of resources
Coach coworkers and build energy in the office at all times
Create exceptional first impressions and build the PeopleLinx brand
Manage vendors across multiple departments
Offer new solutions to office operation activities and processes
Build processes and structures to help PeopleLinx scale and grow

Delivering value to clients and our company ? this is more than just a desk job
Exposure to many aspects of a startup ? operations, client delivery, senior leadership, investors, etc. Candidates will work closely alongside senior leadership and many startup and growth-stage veterans

Reasonable business and commuting expenses will be reimbursed; travel will not be required for this position
