Good Technology is seeking an Order to Cash Management Development Associate to join our Business Operations team.
Business Operations Order-to-Cash: Management Development Associate is a member of the Value Chain Team. You will develop your business and leadership skills while applying your academic, and prior work, experience in a dynamic, team environment. With the team's rotational assignments in the following groups (order of assignment TBD) Inside Sales ? SalesOps Customer Master Data - Order Administration - Application Fulfillment ? Collections, you will receive the broadest possible experience across business operations functions, from Quote to Cash and Procure to Pay: on-the-job experience will immerse you in the business. You?ll be growing within an influential and progressive company that is at the leading edge of mobile security management and mobile application development platforms.
Good?s Quote to Cash Value Chain Team handles the acquisition of revenue and customers, from opportunity management through cash collections. Participants in this team manage and maintain the customer master data, oversee item and pricing master data as part of the product lifecycle process; execute on potential opportunities, procedures and methodologies to improve sales effectiveness; realize business income through order administration; and work closely with the customers to resolve payment and billings issues to facilitate cash collections. Training consists of hands on learning in the job while collaborating with a team of people. Applicants should demonstrate a record of leadership, project execution, problem solving and excellent communication skills.
This position calls for adaptability, high energy, flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and non-standard shifts as necessary. Performance is evaluated at the end of each rotation. Candidates will be considered for either or both Value Chain teams, depending on business needs and candidate background.
Experience with Oracle 11i or higher is required
Oracle 12 is strongly preferred
BA or BS degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, Operations Research or Mathematics is required. Preference given to MBA or other advanced degrees.
