Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for gathering data from multiple systems to create reports for business metrics that will be used by Sales, Operations and Finance. Background and experience should include working simultaneously with Sales, Operations and Finance organizations. Extremely solid data analytics skills are required, including providing insight and commentary on trends as well as identifying details for shifts in metrics.
Reports to: Director of Global Sales Operations
Collaborate with all departments to understand their unique requirements for metrics to manage business.
Create, publish and update a schedule for providing reports daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly.
Retrieve data from multiple ERP sources and Salesforce.com as needed.
Support user base by engaging in discussions to understand business requirements and making necessary changes in database structure, and configurations to drive efficiency and productivity.
Be the main point of contact and liaison with external representatives from Expandable and SFDC to first help manage the U.S. integration of the two systems and then execute more complex system changes, including upgrades, integrations, and complex structural or configuration changes.
Develop dashboards with access on a shared drive.
Update all dashboards and other metrics per schedule or as requested.
Create PowerPoint presentations to support management.
Validate all data integrity prior to submitting it to department managers.
Reconcile data from ERP systems and Saleforce.com weekly, monthly and quarterly to support commission payout process and other reporting needs.
Follow ISO requirements related to this position, particularly documentation of transactions.
Demonstrated ability to support enterprise-wide application system users; specific experience in Expandable and/or SFDC are strong pluses.
Strong technical understanding of structure and configuration of enterprise-wide applications; proven ability to make system modifications and adjustments to keep system functioning effectively.
Understanding of high tech manufacturing and delivery process, from MRP to cost accounting to customer invoicing, etc. Ability to relate to user base from a business perspective and translate business issues into technical requirements for system improvements.
Knowledge of financial modules within ERP systems, including G/L, AP, AR.
Keen attention to detail with an eye to the overall ?big picture?.
Approachable with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Resourceful and motivated to succeed with minimal direction.
Comfortable with and a preference for an emerging company experiencing rapid growth.
Extremely solid analytical and data management skills
Exposure to both sales and finance organizations with ability to mingle all required data in an effective manner.
Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.

8-10 years of system support experience
BA/BS degree preferably in Business Administration or Finance
Minimum 5 years of data analytics background
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft tools
Experience in multi-national high tech company is a strong plus.
