The Direct Response team provides advertisers the ability to send highly targeted ads to permission based email subscribers and through other online channels. Adknowledge maintains anonymous user profiles on over 400M unique users, allowing precise and privacy friendly targeting.
The Direct Response team consists of the VP of Direct Response, a Director of Account Management-overseeing 5 account managers and 1 account coordinator; a Director of Sales-overseeing 3 account executives; 2 compliance analysts, and a performance analyst. The Campaign Manager will report to the Director of Account Management.
The Campaign Manager is responsible for advertiser trafficking, revenue growth, and business analysis for our owned and operated web properties and will be responsible for managing all advertiser setup, and optimization for owned and operated sites, while evaluating opportunities for growth. Responsibilities include:
Advertiser Trafficking: Create and manage campaigns sourced by the internal sales, business development, and account management teams.
Revenue Maintenance: Keep all systems up-to-date with the most recent bidding and revenue information and accurately reporting advertiser revenue and associated costs to multiple teams within the organization, including Finance and Executive teams.
Revenue Growth: Pinpoint opportunities for current advertiser growth and act as a bridge of communication between Publisher and Advertiser Account Management teams.
Business Analysis: Consistently search for new opportunities to optimize and grow our current campaigns, via advanced targeting and data analysis. This person will also work to minimize and maintain any additional costs associated with specific campaigns (ad serving costs, advertiser fees, etc.), while continuing to grow revenue.
Product Development: Coordination with the developer team in order to inform product improvements and needs. These improvements will include, but are not limited to, reporting growth and data automation.
The successful candidate will be an inspiring and confident leader with at least:
2-5 years? experience in consulting, analyst, or operations role at on online/tech company.
Intermediate knowledge of Excel.
Exposure to and/or experience in online advertising pricing models and metrics.
Interest in online advertising and social display.
Experience in Media Buying or working directly with an ad server/DFP is a plus.

MEASUREMENTS OF SUCCESS
The campaign manager?s primary role is to match advertiser inventory to appropriate users within our publisher base. This will require a deep understanding of the advertiser and publisher inventory landscapes. A successful campaign manager will maximize advertiser ROI, in turn causing increased yield and product revenues.
