Based on solid commercial momentum in the mobile app distribution market, Appia is seeking a Campaign Performance Analyst. This position supports Appia?s mobile media business through detailed reporting and data analysis on campaign performance and other key operational metrics.
Initial areas of responsibility include:
The successful candidate will create, maintain and deliver full-service or self-service access to data and reports o a variety of stakeholders including Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Finance, Ad Operations and Product. Once your designs are completed, they will appear within our global advertising network.
This role requires someone who can work in a fast paced environment while meeting deadlines and maintaining and emphasis on quality. Design turnaround will be measured in hours and days and you will be juggling multiple projects at the same time. You will need to balance priorities based upon feedback from cross functional internal teams (Ad Sales, Account Management, Media Buying, etc.) It is absolutely essential that you have a passion for highly creative user-centric design with an ability to pay close attention to detail and deliver work at the highest quality standards.
Not only does this person need to be a master of standard design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) they also need to have an artistic background and be able to build creative assets that are appealing to consumers.
Design, create and maintain graphic assets for projects. This includes banner display advertisements, icons and other graphical assets.
Follow & build on existing style guides & illustration styles. Continue and extend on visual looks that have already been established as well as create new style guides as required.
Participate in the ideation of cutting-edge mobile media campaigns from a development standpoint
Create rapid prototypes in the Platform to show clients ad unit functionality
Work closely with our Media Buying team to solicit feedback on display advertisement performance
Work on multiple projects and deliver creative in a timely manner
Skills & Background
2+years working as a graphic designer or visual designer
Mastery of standard design tools (Adobe Creative Suite)
Exceptional visual design skills: general understanding of UX principles.
A passion for design, from high level concept to pixel level detail
Ability to iterate designs quickly and switch between different projects on a fast paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A portfolio demonstrating superior design skills
Bonus if you have:
Experience with mobile and responsive design
Familiarity with HTML5 and CSS3
Experience with web development
