Client Executive Reval

A Client Executive team in North America is being formed to support Reval?s organic growth, and Client Executives (CE?s) are needed to support this expansion. The primary responsibility of this new role is the ownership and accountability of the North American client account base through a strong focus on annual contract value (ACV) growth. Complimentary responsibilities include client retention, client satisfaction and support for the on-boarding of new clients. The role will require a candidate to have strong sales skills, good product knowledge, in addition to strong relationship management skills.
The role will involve developing strong relationships with the existing Reval client base, and through a ?client first? mentality accomplishing sales goals of ACV growth, client retention, and helping grow the Reval footprint in core markets. The role will involve some business travel and will give the successful candidate the opportunity to work with a broad spectrum of Corporations of varying sizes, sophistication, and culture. Clients are primarily large corporate treasuries that are in the Fortune 1000. The Reval experience will provide you with insights into how major global treasuries manage their treasury operations and financial risks.
Annual Contract Value (ACV Growth)
Through deep interaction with the existing client base, this role will develop programs that will increase revenue through up-sells of modules, users, and transactions across the Reval suite.
This role will have specific quota objectives that will need to be achieved
This role will ensure that client requests for funded development follow the Reval Change Request (CR) process in a timely fashion to ensure client requirements are met and revenue is optimized
A successful Account Manager will work closely with the Solution Consultant team to review clients? configuration and determine and execute upsell transactions.
Account Managers are responsible for executing proactive client outreach programs to ensure client retention including client best practices audits and the Client Executive Program (CER).
Account Managers will manage proactive reporting of client retention at risk and execute programs to ensure client retention is optimized.
Account Managers will work closely with Solution Consultant team to ensure existing modules that clients have subscribed to are being utilized at full capacity.
Proven track record of taking an existing client base and rapidly growing revenue within that base by 25-50%
Approximately 5-7 years? experience excelling in an external sales, account management, or relationship management position
Highly polished relationship management skills and a proven track record of executing in a client retention role
Baccalaureate or Graduate degrees in Business or Finance or equivalent experience
Strong leadership skills, resource management and communication skills
Strong client interaction skills with demonstrated ability in effectively dealing with escalated customer concerns.
A solid background and understanding of treasury management particularly, cash management, liquidity forecasting, payments, derivatives valuation, risk management, and financial instruments accounting is helpful
30-50% Travel required
