Client Service Representative HRSmart

This position exists to answer incoming phone calls and assist clients with questions regarding their application and/or to transfer customer to the appropriate resources. This position is responsible for resolving customer issues at the 1st level.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
Respond to customer phone inquiries regarding their applications and/or
provide product and service information, transferring callers to appropriate
resources when necessary.
Maintain a timely, accurate complete database of all calls and contact information
using Live Chat.
Research and resolve 1st level customer issues using the SOS ticket system.
Recognize and track trends in customer calls, reporting to management and
recommending process improvements.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Experience:
Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
Basic technical skills (i.e., knowledge of web based applications).
Excellent telephone and customer support skills.
6 months of demonstrated excellent customer service experience in a call center or office environment.
Ability to type 30 wpm.
Work shift hours 8:30a - 5:30p and 10:00a - 7:00p.
Desired Skills and Experience:
Knowledge of Human Resources processes and functions.
Bilingual: German or French or Spanish & English
1 to 2 years customer service experience in a technology call center or help desk environment
Training, Certification and/or Educational Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
