Client Solutions Manager Integra Telecom
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED DescriptionThe Client Solutions Manager serves as the main point of contact between the customer base and Integra Telecom and, is responsible for proactive and reactive management of all aspects of their base accounts. The Client Solutions Manager serves in a Solutions-type capacity, focusing on both sales and service. The position will also focus on activities that cultivate ?new logo? business primarily within the established customer segmentation utilizing a high degree of activity relating to sales and service to achieve set targets. The position conducts all customer interactions via phone and written communication working with members of the Sales Support Department to meet customer expectations.
?3+ years of telecommunications experience; or at least one year telecommunications account management and/or sales experience.
?Bachelors degree in Business or Marketing or a related field, or the equivalent in training and experience.
?Working knowledge of local exchange, long distance, data/internet, high bandwidth products, PBX and hosted systems and telecommunications operations.
?Experience which demonstrates the ability to facilitate a meeting with small and large sized groups in a professional manner.
?Experience which demonstrates strong analytical, time management, problem solving, prioritization and planning skills.
?Exceptional verbal and written communication skills which demonstrate techniques in persuasion, selling, negotiation, conflict resolution and customer service.
?Computer skills, including spreadsheets, presentation and word processing programs. Possess knowledge of company processes and organizational structure.
?A knowledge of PBX configuration and multiple site networking
?Experience with IP, hosted systems and services, and minimal data networking principles.
?Additional competencies required in multi-tasking, accuracy, customer service, decision making, logical problem solving, organization, communication, sales techniques and interpersonal awareness are necessary.
?Experience using Microsoft Office software programs.
