Client Success Advocate NextMark
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED As a Client Success Advocate, you will serve as a point person for assigned accounts. This position will require a significant amount of research, and outbound/inbound client communications with individuals in all levels of digital buying and selling at companies ranging from small business to Fortune 500. You will be responsible for engaging with clients and developing their ongoing interactions with NextMark and our industry solutions. You will also work closely with Market Intelligence, Customer Support, Product Development, and Sales to assist in achieving personal, departmental, and corporate goals.
This position will continuously evolve to adapt to new available solutions, expanded client opportunities, and corporate priorities.
Establish relationships with clients and drive successful usage NextMark?s products and services
Document case studies and success stories
Quickly learn concepts, terminology, and methodology within the context of various digital marketing segments, such as online, mobile, and others.
Maintain a strong working knowledge of NextMark solutions and their value to the industry.
Gather and interpret a variety of media programs, which will be made available from disparate sources such as media kits, web sites, and sales materials, by analyzing attributes and identifying and structuring key elements.
Assist with Market Intelligence and Client Success department special initiatives intended develop data quality, accuracy, and coverage.
Grow and develop knowledge and skills within role and industry.
Use established relationships to identify areas of improvement in product and processes (both internal & external). Provide feedback and assist in development and implementation.
Provide constructive feedback to assist in the refinement of processes and development of role.
Document all research, communications, and opportunities using SalesForce.
Bachelor?s degree or equivalent required
Experience with communicating the value proposition of technology solutions, and ongoing relationship building with individuals at junior, middle, and upper management positions
Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and apply concepts to new processes
Proficient with Windows PC, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Internet and web browsing
Able to communicate professionally and clearly (verbal and written)
Able to work 8 hours at a computer performing job functions
Basic understanding of media planning/buying/selling is a plus
Experience with SalesForce a plus
This is a full-time position, located at our corporate headquarters in Hanover, NH. Flexible schedule available between 8am-6pm Monday-Friday. Periodic night and weekend work may be required. Periodic travel may be required for on-site client meetings or trainings.
