MachineryLink is currently seeking a Combine Support Representative to work in a very dynamic, fastpaced, results-oriented environment as the first line representative in the field to provide service and
support to our customers. This is a full-time position which offers competitive wages based on
experience and a full benefit package.
Specific Responsibilities Include:
? Train customers and employees on use of equipment.
? Issue resolution.
? Inventory and inspection of machines.
? Work with company shops to improve combine reliability.
? When needed, perform outgoing customer contract calls and receive and process incoming calls.
? Input invoices in the proper systems.
? Assist in company shop during the winter.
Skills and Educational Requirements:
? An agriculture background that includes mechanical knowledge of combines.
? At least two years of related experience.
? Excellent customer service and communication skills.
? Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook.
? High school diploma or equivalent.
? Must have a good driving record.
? Ability to travel 75% of the time.
