Who We Want:
The Compensation and HRIS Analyst will be responsible for shorter term maintenance of human resource information systems (HRIS) associated with the collection, retrieval, accessibility and usage of employee information for the People & Talent department planning and activities. Performs updates to internal database files and tables and
develops, runs and distributes custom reports to meet the requirements of Human
Resource management and staff. Supports regulatory compliance activities with respect
to record management (electronic and paper) and complies with SOX audit control
points. Updates SOX documentation for People & Talent. Supports the integrity of HRIS data through regular audits; troubleshooting of irregularities; research, correct discrepancies, and ensure compliance. Updates documentation of system procedures and
Extracts data to analyze workforce trends to support compensation, benefits and staffing analysis. Inputs personnel data for input to outside consultants and surveys. Processes and collecting, obtain approvals and input changes to personnel data. Support the documentation of employee rewards programs.
Works with payroll, compensation, recruiting and management personnel to coordinate retrieval and reporting functions. Administrates passwords and system access to People &
Talent systems. Responsible for user training and documentation for P&T systems.
Available as needed to answer employee questions to backup benefits administration. Data input coordination. Testing.
Maintains tracking of People & Talent transactions and supports data integration with other
Skills and Experience Necessary for the Role:
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum 2-5 years of experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in HR information system administration
Minimum 2 years of experience in workforce analytics is required to
support Compensation, Recruiting, Communications, benefits, Training and
Intermediate MSExec knowledge
Experience submitting Radford Survey
Experience administrating Workday, Cornerstone on Demand,
Sharepoint, and ICIMS
