Content Marketing Manager New Brand Analytics

The Content Marketing Manager will work with a highly passionate, innovative and energetic team to drive lead generation campaigns through online marketing projects that inspire prospective clients to work with newBrandAnalytics. This position will communicate constantly with all other teams in the company, such as our Inside and Enterprise Sales teams, Client Services, Product & Technology.
Design and planning of creative online marketing campaigns
Research, content creation and visual design of content marketing materials including articles, blog posts, info graphics, videos, whitepapers and ebooks
Marketing automation, using Marketo, to deliver new email based campaigns to perspective leads, manage and score leads and create demand
Management and maintenance of Lead Database including list management and purchasing of lists in target markets
Search engine optimization and Google Adword management
Use of social media tools like Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn to drive effective leads
Campaign tracking and management reporting
The Ideal Candidate:
A bachelor's degree in Journalism, Marketing or related field
3-5 Years experience in high tech marketing
Proven ability to write great engaging copy in a real time environment that can stimulate user interaction, discussion and engagement (writing samples required).
Proven creative ability and thought process to drive visuals to accompany copy.
Experience with Marketo, Eloqua or similar marketing automation tools including lead management, lead scoring, and lead generation
Experience with campaign management, lead management and reporting in Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
Experience with search engine optimization tactics and techniques.
High proficiency with MS Office suite including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and other similar tools like Prezi.
Demonstration of strong project management and organization skills along with demonstrated skills to handle a variety of assignments simultaneously and work under deadline pressure.
Strong knowledge and experience working with Internet metrics (i.e. page views, unique users, click-through rates).
Working knowledge of basic statistics with ability to analyze multiple data points and develop clear hypotheses and actionable from the results.
Highly motivated self-starter who can multi-task and respond to changing work activities with very short deadlines. Needs to demonstrate initiative and ability to get buy-in and support for local initiatives.
Passionate about understanding consumers and developing marketing and communications programs.
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team ? especially in complex and ambiguous work environments.
Detail-oriented and able to maintain a high level of ownership and accuracy on all work activities.
Can adapt and operate within a high-performance culture.
