Responsible for recruitment activity. Will Design, implement, and achieve effective Talent Acquisition Strategies. Implements, conducts, and manages the recruitment and candidate selection process. Will identify effective sourcing methods to attract high performance, qualified individuals, based upon the job position, location and requirements.
Responsible to create content and utilize a variety of resources, including but not limited to internet sites, blogs, networking groups (i.e. Linked In, Konnects, Spoke, vShake, etc.) as well as other non-traditional and traditional recruiting methods to attract top talent across a broad array of job functions and levels.
Develops, manages and maintains a diverse pipe-line of qualified candidates for sourcing as required and/or needed for business changing needs.
Is responsible to decrease turnover and reduce the time and cost per hire. Able to quickly respond to changing priorities and business needs.

Build trust and credibility, negotiate and communicate appropriately with all levels

Supervision and Guidance of Personnel:

BA/BS or equivalent (business or technical discipline preferred).
5+ years sourcing/recruiting experience with at least 3 years in a large corporate environment; combination of corporate and retained executive search, search firm and/or agency experience is a plus.
Previous experience in corporate recruiting strategies and services recruitment ? ideally including sales, publishing, marketing, human resources, corporate customer service corporate customer service and communications and finance.
Proven expertise in customer relationship management; strong coaching skills.
Prior experience with a variety of proactive sourcing techniques including social media.
Advanced ability to develop recruiting strategies for the sourcing, evaluation and selection of corporate talent.
Experience with Oracle HRIS preferred.
Excellent negotiation skills.
Superior knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook e-mail, Internet use, and typing skills at 50 WPM
Sufficient manual and digital dexterity to work with a computer keyboard , mouse and monitor, phone pad.
May need to lift mail bins and or boxes weighing about 20-30 pounds and carry down stairs.

8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. core schedule with frequent flexibility for start and ending times. Additional hours and/or overtime depending on position and needs of the business may be required..
