Telerik is growing and we are currently looking for a Customer Engagement Manager to join our team in Waltham, MA. Alongside the Brand and Marketing teams, you will lead a formal customer reference/engagement program. Your focus will be to cultivate our customer relationships for the purpose of media/analyst references, case studies (written and video), speaking/events, awards, sales engagement and more.
If you were a part of our team, here are some things you would have done last week as a Customer Engagement Manager:
? Managed and evolved the customer engagement platform and processes
? Worked with members of the marketing, branding and sales teams to develop innovative strategies to promote and track client programs through ongoing customer engagements
? Improved project management processes and procedures to ensure customer engagement projects are on track by creating reports that provide visibility into KPIs
? Assisted the marketing and branding teams in executing effective campaigns as they relate to client programs
? Trained relevant stakeholders, specifically our customer-facing staff, on customer engagement and effective marketing techniques
? Developed customer engagement initiatives to drive participation in client programs and documented all processes accordingly
? Planned, implemented, and tested new customer engagement campaigns and integrated results into platform and process improvements
? Supported sales enablement by training the sales team and customer advocates on the identification of good customer references as well as how sales can leverage collateral to support the sales cycle.
? Worked with branding and marketing to fuel analyst, media, event, award and other communication opportunities.
You will be the person who has/is (a/an):
? Bachelor?s degree in Communication, Journalism, Marketing, or related field is preferred
? At least 5+ years of experience leading a formal customer engagement program (international company a plus)
? Outstanding verbal and written communication skills (tech journalism experience a plus)
? An outgoing personality with strong presentations skills and the ability to collaborate and interact with different individuals across the organization and externally
? Self-driven with the ability to thrive in a fast paced work environment
? A true ?multi-tasker? who can implement processes and formulate a successful strategy for the program
? Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail
? Action-orientated with the ability to meet deadlines and produce results in a timely manner
? Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), CRMs and marketing automation tools.
? Strong work ethic and the desire to learn in order to contribute to a growing and exciting company.
