We are looking for superstar Customer Experience Interns to become integral members of our team. Candidates must have a desire to make a significant impact on a growing business, working within the Customer Care functional area.
Responsibilities include: Assisting across all areas of the PaySimple Customer Experience teams, specifically within the Customer Care team working to notify merchants via email of updates that occur on their account. This role may also assist in Customer Experience projects such as updates to email templates, process and procedures, daily reporting, data clean-up, etc. Must be organized, detail oriented, and have a basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products, with excellent written communication. This role is well suited for students with a focus in business management, a strong service ethic, and desire to gain experience in a fast-paced environment.
The PaySimple Solution is a cloud-based receivables management software that enables small businesses to bill, collect, and manage their customers payments under one user-friendly system. Experience and Skills:
The position is approximately 20- 30 hours a week and would be great for someone with an interest in learning how a growing, service based team, runs their daily operations.
