Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role within a customer service environment, with a total of 8 years in customer service. Excellent communications skills accompanied with an ability to analyze and prioritize issues with a proven ability to excel in a fast paced environment.
-- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Information Systems Management or Computer Science
-- Minimum 3 years management experience with at least 8 years of total experience in the customer service or technical support for software or systems application products
-- Experience working with a 24 hour call center and managing client queries via telephone, email and web based portals
-- Strong experience in managing CRM tools
-- Excellent understanding of web technologies, internet applications and cloud based services
-- Experience working with offshore developers
-- Resolving complaints and coordinating appropriate corrective action
-- Results-oriented, customer advocate with an ability to work with cross-functional teams
-- Excellent diagnostic, problem-solving and debugging skills
-- Works well with clients with varying degrees of technical experience
-- Training through web conferencing of clients and creating training documents for support
-- Friendly phone demeanor with excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills
o PC and Mac trouble shooting
o Mobile and cloud based technologies
o Experience with Salesforce
