Customer Service Representative AirCell
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED As a key member of the Customer Service Team, the Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing efficient and high quality customer service to Aircell customers (OEMs, Dealers and Aircraft Owners/Operators) for all account administrative tasks.

Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries relating to system use, activations, deactivations, service agreements, billing, returns, trouble calls, and other customer care activities.
Maintain thorough knowledge of and support Customer Service processes and procedures, and provide input toward process improvements to ensure ongoing 'best of class' customer care.
Accurate and timely database entry of all customer details and event information.
Maintain a thorough working knowledge of all databases and applications associated with performance of Customer Service duties (Navision ERP & Event Ticket System, Iridium SPNet, OnGo, Billing Platform, Service Activation Processes, etc.)
Team with Technical Support personnel to ensure timely response and resolution to technical questions and system troubleshooting.
Maintain a working knowledge of all Aircell products and services that are sold to the Business Aviation market.
Assist with special projects as assigned by the Manager of Customer Service or other Aircell Senior Management.
Education and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Customer service experience preferred.
Aviation or telecommunications customer service experience helpful.
Skills and Abilities
Professional communication with co-workers, management, customers and dealers is essential.
Able to work consistently and efficiently in a team environment, sharing tasks and supporting one another.
Ability to consistently exercise discretion and independent judgment.
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills required.
Excellent telephone skills.
Ability to maintain a professional and pleasant demeanor when handling customer questions, inquiries or complaints.
Microsoft office product experience (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
