Customer Services Supervisor Industrial Defender

We are looking to expand our amazing team and are looking for a self-motivated, energetic Customer Services Supervisor to join us in our Manchester, CT office.
In this highly visible role, you will:
Coordinate IT Service Operations support and projects staffing needs.
Ensure company resources are utilized appropriately and to their fullest scheduled potential.
Compile service and project status reports, coordinate service and project schedules, and identify and escalates resource and scheduling problems.
Identify and analyze staffing requirements and assist in the definition of project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
Coordinate project activities and ensure service and projects are documented appropriately.
Responsible for the overall ownership of assigned requests and projects and ensure they are effectively documented in our electronic tracking system.
Accountable for team performance, team productivity and team customer service related performance measurements.
Analyze needs and recommend effective solutions to meet user and business objectives.
Other duties as assigned.
Staff Leadership Experience
Associate's degree and at least 3 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
Familiarity with ITIL and Project Management concepts, practices and procedures.
Strong technical aptitude with service related knowledge and/or experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
