We are looking for an exceptional Customer Support Representative. The successful candidate's primary responsibility will be to handle and manage customers? escalated cases. The candidate must be able to work under little supervision and in a very fast pace environment. This position will report to the Customer Success Supervisor.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Handle and resolve customer concerns and support issues.
Respond to escalated issues from Customer Service team in India.
Manage the Better Business Bureau and Social Media Sites such as Facebook and Twitter.
Work closely and effectively cross functionally with Finance, Operations and Technical teams to resolve customer challenges .
2 ? 5 years of customer support experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skill.
Ability to communicate effectively with customers through phone and/or email.
Ability to solve problems quickly and with high integrity to customer?s fullest satisfaction.
Positive attitude, quick learner, and must have excellent time management skill.
Comfortable working with programs and software tools.
Computer skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), CRM program, E-mail.
Ability to multi task in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to independently navigate unfamiliar areas
