One of the fastest growing promotional product companies in the US, ePromos is looking for a Desktop Support Specialist to provide Level 1 IT support company-wide. This position will be responsible for managing all Tier 1 issues from assignment, troubleshooting, through resolution and/or escalation.
Work with Infrastructure Manager; act as primary MN site contact for system outages and IT service interruptions.
Setup end user hardware including Windows 7 PC?s, accessories, and phone equipment.
Assist with setup and decommission of users based on IT standard procedures.
Provide onsite and remote support to troubleshoot and resolve Tier 1 user issues for MN, NYC and Remote locations.
Handle basic user tasks such as password resets, email changes, and account maintenance.
Act as a hands-on liaison to the Infrastructure Manager for special projects.
Assist Infrastructure Manager in evaluation and testing of new products and/or services.
Provide hands-on support for maintenance and troubleshooting of the ePromos network.
Help establish and maintain documentation of ePromos systems, knowledgebase, and networking layout.
Assist in ordering new equipment and accessories for onsite and offsite employees.
Work with NYC Office Manager and Infrastructure Manager to maintain inventory of ePromos hardware and software licensing.
Support development team through ownership of select tasks such as website requests for ePromos landing pages, e-Deals, and Google feed.

Education and Qualifications:
BS in Computer Science or Technical Degree (or similar field).
1-2 years relevant work experience in basic office networking, computer troubleshooting and systems administration.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows operation systems.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office 2007/2010.
General knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory.
General knowledge of networking and TCP/IP.
Experience working with CRMs such as SugarCRM, SalesForce, or MS CRM a plus.
SharePoint experience a plus.
Able to work well under pressure and with competing deadlines.
Proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities, simultaneously and independently.
Take-charge attitude with a sense of urgency to tasks and projects.
Able to work occasional off hours for system upgrades and scheduled maintenance.
