Manager, Corporate Marketing
Supports PlayNetwork?s mission and business goals by: creating and managing aspects of the online experience including SEO/SEM/display programs; managing a detailed public relations strategy designed to drive interest and intrigue around PlayNetwork and publishing content accordingly; owning the internal communications framework and creation of announcements to the PlayNetwork team, Senior/Executive Leadership, and the Board of Directors; manage and execute social marketing components of all departmental initiatives;
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The following is a list of general job responsibilities for the position. This list is not all-inclusive and may be broadened or changed to meet changing business needs.
?Digital Marketing: Manage PlayNetwork search engine marketing and search engine optimization programs; define SEO/SEM/display direction for corporate and campaign initiatives coordinating with the proper business units to ensure proper placement and web advertising monies; manage vendor relationships with digital marketing vendors; gather and analyze web metrics and KPIs on a recurring basis to extract relevant insights and create actionable plans manage budget according to plan
?Social Marketing: Act as an internal expert on social media platforms and engagement strategy through social channels as part of corporate initiatives; assume role as community manager for all properties explore and evaluate social media opportunities, gap analysis, and plans for integration; research toolsets and app platforms to integrate with existing properties
?Content Marketing: Define corporate content marketing strategy an syndication strategy; research data and industry trends and match with company strengths/value props to create stories that connect with customers; write and publish content according to editorial calendar/schedule
?Customer-Facing Documents: Create, refine and manage the consistency of all sales collateral including RFP?s, proposals, emails, client presentations, leave-behinds and any other customer literature. Coordinate with sales team for distribution of assets.
?Internal Announcements: Create and implement a process, coordinated with direct sales and account management, for distributing internal ?good news? to all PlayNetwork employees, including but not limited to new customer announcements, contract re-signings, and press coverage
?Marketing Support: Responsible for execution of various marketing activities as directed by the Manager, Corporate Marketing, including but not limited to internal and external events, sales support, channel marketing support, lead generation management, press releases and PR, managing of third party vendors and/or interns, etc.
?Minimum of 5 years experience in marketing, business-to-business preferred
?Minimum 5 years online/web marketing/digital strategy experience, social marketing, and content marketing experience
?Agency experience a plus
?BA degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, business/marketing degree preferred
Required Skills and Abilities
?Excellent business writing skills (3 samples required with application)
?Proficient with MS Office
?Data-focused and extremely competent with Google Analytics, AdWords, and SEO/SEM principles
?Demonstrated understanding of the B2B sales process
?Excellent organizational, presentation, and communication skills
?Responds resourcefully when challenges arise
?Sound judgment and decision making
?Results focused and able to deliver on time in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with frequently changing priorities
?Able to complete objectives while utilizing an approach consistent with PlayNetwork?s guiding principles
?Adaptability for learning and change at a rapid pace
