THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED ServiceSource is looking for a progressive, analytical & accomplished marketer to manage and drive all things digital while building the foundation for us to take advantage of new outlets when they hit the market. In this search we are focused on finding a talented Digital Marketing Professional and are open to candidates ranging from Sr. Manager-level to Director-level in their career progression.
This role will require you to leverage your high energy, incredible organization and flawless execution skills, digital marketing expertise and collaborative nature to give ServiceSource an even bigger voice in the market. You?ll be working side by side with the entire marketing team as well as our sales and delivery teams to create and execute the digital marketing plan. Expect to utilize all of your analytical skills to make sure that we?ve identified the right metrics, put the right infrastructure in place to capture them and are constantly refining and improving ServiceSource?s digital marketing presence.
Develop the digital marketing plan and roadmap.
Own ServiceSource.com, create the plan and requirements for re-architecture, and manage any associated external vendors.
Create, run, and optimize all digital marketing programs to generate leads and demand, including email, web, SEO/SEM, and online advertising.
Collaborate on social media strategy and create assets, with an emphasis on video.
Create, execute, monitor and refine ServiceSource?s social media presence.
Measure and analyze effectiveness of digital marketing programs using Salesforce.com, Eloqua, and Google Analytics.
Push for constant improvement in digital marketing and employ cutting edge strategies.
Required Skills and Experiences
Minimum 7 years of experience with progressively greater responsibilities and scope
Demonstrated results in driving digital marketing strategy for a high growth company
Hands on experience developing and driving email marketing, video and social media campaigns
Relentless focus on analyzing outcomes in order to drive constant improvement, including experience in setting up web analytics, survey tools, and consumer research programs
Expertise in SEO / SEM
Very high comfort level with existing and emerging digital marketing technologies
Demonstrated experience and expertise using Salesforce.com and Eloqua (or a similar Marketing Automation platform)
Strong communication skills that work from the executive level down
Able to influence without authority to drive projects forward
Deep process and project management skills
Exceptional communication, analytical and problem solving skills
Minimum BA or BS required; MBA preferred
