Who You Are
You are a bold and savvy relationship builder who thrives on having problems to solve and creating opportunities that drive revenue. You routinely juggle both those deliverables simultaneously. You have a natural ability to command a room, understand a client?s goals, and the skill to communicate thought provoking strategies. You have a solid experience with and passion for cross channel digital marketing and the technology that enables it.
What You Do
The CS Manager/Director owns and drives all renewal and upsell opportunities across an assigned group of customers
Be a subject matter advisor on email, digital, mobile and social trends. Teach clients and regularly share relevant insights that will result in increased innovation and ROI for your customers
Build and maintain strategic relationships with senior marketing contacts (CMO, VP, Director)
Create and execute account success/growth plans
Manage all contractual, commercial and financial aspects of the relationships
Bring a positive, collaborative, team oriented attitude, and passion for new school marketing to the office and your clients every day
You bring 5-10 years account management/sales experience in enterprise software, SaaS and/or a digital agency/consulting environment
Proven track record of successfully selling enterprise software products and services (SaaS)
Experience successfully managing and growing large complex strategic enterprise accounts
You are an influencer who can get multiple stakeholders to adopt your vision and collaborate with you to execute on it
Strong understanding of marketing strategy, tactics and processes across key digital channels including mobile, social, email, web, and display
You are a great communicator and presenter; you are a problem solver who proactively approaches issues taking ownership to drive resolution
Marketing and business development is your passion, but you have the smarts and savvy to effectively collaborate with tech support, product management and other technical teams
