Director of Marketing, B2B klout
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED We?re looking for an experienced, dynamic Director of B2B Marketing to help bring to market and drive growth for Klout?s business initiatives. You?ll work closely with Klout?s Product, Design and Engineering teams to gather market needs from brand and advertiser clients and lead the planning and execution of the go to market strategy for our business product line. Klout has built a strong platform for the right B2B marketer to raise visibility for our new business products to the industry.
Understand Klout?s strategic and competitive position in the Social Business world and bring that knowledge to bear in developing B2B marketing strategies
Be the voice of the business customer inside Klout, representing client wants and needs and informing the development of the business product roadmap
Create B2B product value propositions and messaging
Conduct client facing research and market analysis to inform messaging and marketing program development
Develop and drive go to market plan and programs for new business product initiatives
Provide tools and training to the sales team on product direction, competition, and customer successes. Develop and maintain appropriate sales material library, including white papers, case studies, and ROI.
Build out the lead generation funnel for our business products, including initial segmentation, list acquisition, database management, and marketing automation.
Drive thought leadership and mindshare for Klout business initiatives through a strategic mix of content marketing, events, PR and industry partnerships.
Here?s what you need to have:
5+ years of experience in B2B marketing for a social media / digital marketing / ad tech / or social advertising company
Hands on experience with the complete B2B marketing lifecycle ? from understanding customer needs through messaging and program development to customer acquisition and analytics.
Experience working effectively with sales and product colleagues
Outstanding communicator, both internally to peers, management and teams, and externally to partners and customers
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Able to contribute at both strategic and operational levels
Ability to synthesize client, market and competitive research into insights
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
Passion for consumerizing the enterprise
Passion for conceiving, launching and measuring innovative, scalable marketing programs
Previous start-up experience is a strong plus
Social media experience is a strong plus
