Director of Product Management ? Response Planning
The Director of Product Management is responsible for evangelizing the E2open Rapid Resolutions product line and establishing E2open as the leader in Response Planning applications. This role also collaborates with internal product teams to translate strategic product direction into clear product objectives and roadmaps.
Provides leadership by collaborating with Executive team to set strategic product direction and communicate direction to all stakeholders.

Develops and nurtures key customer and industry relationships and works closely with the analyst community to promote E2open
Provides a clear vision and compelling leadership to all product stakeholders on product strategies, including creating directional product requirements documentation
Researches, evaluates and recommends product packaging/bundling/pricing alternatives and third-party partnerships.
Manages and improves processes by championing process improvement initiatives within or across applicable business units and within Product Management.
Acts as a Product Management representative to key customers by providing thought leadership on solutions to business problems.
Evaluates client suitability for beta and client-funded partnerships.
Bachelor?s degree in engineering, science or business. Masters or PhD will be a plus.
6+ years experience in supply chain with emphasis on planning and execution functions like demand management, S&OP and supply planning
Prior experience in product manager for an enterprise software or as a management consultant with focus on supply chain problems
Strong interpersonal and client relationship building skills.
Excellent presentation skills and experience, particularly with senior levels of management. Excellent verbal and written (English language) communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Flexible and maintains a teamwork attitude.
Ability to organize and prioritize work, establish realistic goals and deadlines and manage changing priorities.
Ability to travel required (30 ? 40%)
