Senior sales manager in charge of sales activities in north America and European market.
Develops and/or maintains and improves business relations with all customers in the territory.
Seeks out and targets new customers and new sales opportunities, initiates action plan to approach and secure new business for the Company.
Provide accurate sales forecast to operation team.
Coordinate cross-functional team to achieve design-wins from new and existing customers.
Analyze sales statistics to determine business growth potential.
Collect market information to senior management team and other departments.
Reports to the Chief Commercial Officer.
Minimal Bachelors degree in a technical field, MS in Engineering and MBA is preferred.
5-10 year experience in a sales/marketing/PLM role in optoelectronics industry. 5+ years of Sales experience is a plus.
Good understanding of telecommunication and Datacom market to drive a growing business.
Strong motivational, innovative, and interpersonal skills and excellent skills in negotiation.
Must be a strong team player.
Ability deliver results under pressure and meeting sales goals and deadlines.
