The central Product Management team is focused on identifying, defining and building products that optimize advertiser ROI and user experience, plus create synergies between Adknowledge businesses units through the development of core platforms and data optimization approaches. The goal is to create ?best in class? differentiated products in all of the online advertising markets Adknowledge participates in.
The Director of Product Management will take ownership for defining the strategy, researching and defining requirements, and guiding the engineering teams for Adknowledge central products. The core functions are as follows:
Define product management processes throughout the organization
Work with customers and business stakeholders to understand and prioritize business needs and to roll out new products
Perform due diligence and necessary analysis to vet new product/feature ideas
Work cross-functionally to gather intelligence on competitive offerings and ensure your team is briefed
Gather and document product requirements and create a product vision
Build, own and maintain product roadmaps and product backlogs
Work closely with engineering to design solutions and manage the development process
The successful candidate will be an inspiring and confident leader with at least:
5+ years hands-on experience with product management and engineering in either an Internet or software company
2+ years working in the online advertising industry with a very strong business acumen of the industry.
Demonstrated ability to work well with and earn the respect of senior leaders, engineering and sales
Proven ability to understand drivers of the business to prioritize product requirements and roadmap
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum product development environment
