The Email Channel develops relationships with publishers and helps them monetize their traffic by giving them access to Adknowledge advertisers through various ad creative options. We focus on permission based email publishers, search marketers, media buyers, and social marketers, as well as other traffic sources related to display pops, incentivized placements, reg path, and email arbitrage. This team is responsible for creating new and maintaining existing relationships that drive Adknowledge revenue growth on a profitable basis.

The Email Deliverability Analyst provides operational support for the Adknowledge Deliverability team. The Analyst monitors, identifies, and provides recommendations to help resolve system issues related to email deliverability within our List Management and Premium List Management services.
Day-to-Day Operations: List Management
Review system metrics including bounce and complaint rates to identify delivery issues
Implement and maintain whitelist and FBL agreements with all applicable major ISPs
Monitor IP reputation and blacklist status daily
Communicate with ISPs and blacklist providers as needed to remediate email delivery issues such as blocks, filtering and blacklisting
Investigate and address client delivery issues escalated from the Technical and Services teams
Provide general best practice advice for internal and external customers
Assist clients by providing recommendations on how to build and maintain a positive sending reputation
Provide assistance to internal teams such as Account Management, Business Development and Technology for delivery-related issues
Work with internal groups such as Account Management, Business Development and our Technology Development teams to help raise the visibility of the email deliverability within Adknowledge, and be of assistance to these various groups as they interact with prospects and customers.
Support product development team as they improve deliverability functionality within the platform.
The successful candidate will be an inspiring and confident leader with at least:
A minimum of 1 year experience in large scale email operations (sender, ESP, or receiver)
Knowledge of email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DomainKeys, SenderID, DMARC) and other technological factors affecting email delivery rates
Understanding of ISP/domain-specific delivery policies such as spam scoring heuristics and bounce handling rules
Proven track record of building and maintaining whitelisting and feedback loops with ISPs
Experience using 3rd-party delivery tools (MailMonitor, Return Path, WhatCounts) is a plus

Understanding of SMTP protocol and DNS
Self-directed and self-motivated; Must be able to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of best practices for email creation, sending, list building and list management
