We are looking for team members that will help our clients in the planning and execution of their social media marketing strategy. The Enterprise Social Consultant will have the opportunity to work directly with high profile stakeholders from Marketing, Compliance, Sales and the individual Financial Professionals themselves to help develop compelling strategies, policies, procedures and organizations in support of their social media program goals.
This role is ideal for candidate looking for an opportunity to:
Significantly impact the success of Socialware, and more importantly, our clients. The creation and execution of an enterprise strategy is the single most important factor in our clients realizing return from their social media investments.
Develop deep relationships with senior leaders across some of the largest and most prestigious Financial Services firms in the U.S.
Deepen your experience in strategic planning and preparation activities necessary for enterprise software deployments. Including working with cross-functional teams from Marketing, Compliance, IT and Distribution.
Gain experience in consumer related software and enterprise use of social media for business activities.
The responsibilities of the Enterprise Social Consultant will vary as necessary to support the social media objectives of each client. These objectives and the associated responsibilities can include:
Ensure effective cross functional teamwork among various stakeholders, including Compliance, Sales, Marketing and IT
Define how to deploy social media capabilities across thousands for distributed and independent end users.
Define roles, responsibilities and staffing plans for impacted organizations, primarily including Compliance, Marketing, User Support and Training
Define policies and procedures necessary to allow business generation from social media while providing governance necessary to comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
How to deploy and configure the technologies necessary to enable and govern social media tools while complying with company specific policies and procedures.
Partner with content creating groups to develop social strategies for specific initiatives, and tailored to support the Financial Professional?s business objectives.
Desired Skills and Experience
Bachelor?s degree, MBA Preferred
5+ years consulting experience with enterprise software solutions and programs
Prior experience in digital marketing or social media is a plus
Experience in financial services or another regulated industry is a plus
Experience managing client relationships
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
Excellent ability to create written project artifacts and presentations
Willingness to travel up to 50%
