Opportunity: Federal Marketing Manager - Healthcare
As a Federal Marketing Manager at GetWellNetwork Headquarters in Bethesda, MD, you will be responsible for developing programs, generating leads and continuous client engagement for the Federal healthcare market. The role requires experience creating, implementing and launching successful marketing programs, events and campaigns that drive booking and revenue pipeline. You will be the voice of the GetWellNetwork Federal healthcare client community to our marketing, sales, client services and product management teams.
Duties & Responsibilities
Brand Awareness: Increase and grow our corporate brand in the DoD and VA hospitals;
Demand Generation: Identify, create, execute and manage lead generation programs to drive sales leads. You will be measured by the number of leads generated, opportunities opened by sales, and resulting revenue;
List Management: Work with e-mail marketing to build ongoing nurturing campaigns with messaging specific to contact roles and organizations;
Quarterly Marketing Programs: Schedule, publish and execute quarterly marketing programs that keep GetWellNetwork top-of-mind with prospects and result in actionable leads;
Content Creation: Work with Marketing Communications and others to produce content for use in lead generation and client engagement activities. Collaborate with client services and product management to craft whitepapers, blog entries, newsletter articles, advertisements, data sheets, online discussions, client communication tools, etc. that position and grow GetWellNetwork?s success in the market;
Partner Programs: As needed, work with appropriate government SI partners on go-to-market tools and campaigns. Creatively work with government partners (or prime subcontractors) to drive awareness of our solutions to government prospects and clients;
Industry events: Attend, initiate and manage targeted government healthcare tradeshows and other events, such as speaking opportunities that represent GetWellNetwork and showcase our technology;
Webinars: Manage and deliver industry webinars for and with prospects, clients and partners;
Sales Enablement: Partner with sales reps to facilitate specific in-account marketing needs including but not limited to presentations, technical briefings, collateral, etc.
High-level of energy, commitment and passion for results
Must be a self-starter who truly enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
Proven ability creating strong, successful, repeatable brand awareness and lead generation campaigns
Proficiency in Salesforce.com, Marketo (marketing automation) a plus
BS in Marketing or Business required
Minimum of 5 years B2G and B2B enterprise marketing experience ideally in Federal and healthcare technology sectors
