In this highly visible role you will be a key finance partner to our executive team for the budgeting and forecasting processes. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with the development of the financial budget / forecast as well as decision support. Your success will come, in part, from developing and maintaining strong collaborative relationships across multiple functional areas. The Financial Analysis Manager will center on business analysis, financial management, and operational improvement. Primary duties include:
Develop short and long range business plans: Model with detailed cash flow, P&L, balance sheet, and revenue projections
Perform scenario planning to assess high-side, low-side, and best case estimates for business plan
Participate in overall budgeting, forecasting and capital budgeting process
Enhanced business results analysis: Develop analytical solutions for understanding results and business fluctuations. Build easy-to-use flexible models for all teams that are responsible for gross margin management. Analyze trends to notify teams of changes that are occurring in each of the business lines
Understand FRX reporting and participate in strategy to implement best practice use of financial systems
Process efficiency: Identify process improvement opportunities and work to implement solutions.
System solutions: Utilize system solutions, when effective, to solve problems and increase efficiency.
Special projects: Ad hoc finance and accounting projects, as necessary.
The successful candidate will be an inspiring and confident leader with at least:
Minimum seven years in combination of finance or accounting roles, with five years minimum of experience in an FP&A capacity
Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and financial planning and evaluation methods.
Strong grasp of ledger and reporting systems
Track record of business process improvement and problem resolution
Previous experience analyzing data and presenting financial solutions to C level executives.
Experience of proficiently using technology and processes to increase reporting efficiency and accuracy.
Expert proficiency in Excel, Word and Power Point required.

Leadership: Excellent interpersonal skills, communicate effectively with management teams, and establish collaborative relationships. The candidate should be able to express ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical audience.
