Front Desk Coordinator Clarabridge
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED The Front Desk Coordinator provides necessary administrative support to all Clarabridge departments. The Front Desk Coordinator performs essential daily functions such as answering phones, distributing mail, preparing outgoing shipments, maintaining common areas (including kitchens), preparing correspondence, filing, assisting visitors, and working on special projects.
Provide general administrative support including but not limited to: greeting visitors, answering telephone & routing calls to the appropriate person, keeping the receptions area clean and free from clutter, stocking break room with snacks and keeping it clean, handle all incoming and outgoing mail
Coordinates travel arrangements (local transportation, air travel, lodging, rental cars, restaurants) client dinners for out of town candidates and employees
Conduct inventory, stock and maintain office and break room supplies
Manage vendor and corporate accounts with service and supply providers
Coordinate and schedule conferences, meetings, travel, conference rooms, luncheons
Demonstrate a true passion for customer service
Point of contact for building maintenance and issues
Performs other duties as needed in support of the Clarabridge team
Proficiency with MS Office including Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
Experience operating a variety of office machines, including fax machines, scanners, and copiers
Strong oral and written communication skills with a professional demeanor
Strong organization and prioritization skills, detail-oriented, and with the ability to multi-task
Ability to learn quickly while maintaining a positive attitude
Ability for discretion and good judgement
