As Global Talent Acquisition Manager, you will develop the overall recruitment machine and lead the overall global recruitment process, including understanding growth and workforce plans by working with key leaders to anticipate competency and resource requirements, establishing proactive plans to fill competency requirements, completing research and target specific talent, building the candidate funnel and proactively attracting and securing the top talent required to expand the business.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 10+ years proven experience in hi growth telecom space sourcing passive and active candidates through various social networks, direct sourcing, networking, professional associations, etc. and is a critical and strategic thinker capable of seeing the Big Picture while looking out for the best interest of both BTI and the candidate. Understanding BTI business and mapping BTI's needs to relevant organizations, identifying the key talent to target and attract to BTI will be critical to your success, as is excellent oral and written communication skills, and a team oriented attitude to coordinate all activity between BTI's hiring managers so that the right candidates are delivered on time and meet BTI's quality and value expectations.
The Global Talent Acquisition Manager will:
Lead recruitment assignments from needs assessment analysis; creating recruitment plans; writing market/talent overviews, job descriptions and candidate profiles in concert with the hiring manager; spearheading and conducting search calls; interviewing potential candidates; conducting reference checks when appropriate; and presenting, negotiating and closing on offers.
Source and attract top talent for key identified positions.
Develop best practices around research methodology, assessment techniques, project management and database development.
Build long-term and trusting business relationships in the form of warm calls, cold calls, and referral sourcing.
Maintain candidate records in compliance with governmental regulations.
Develop rapport with candidates and hiring managers to quickly identify both of their needs while influencing events throughout the recruiting cycle.
Develop and implement a hiring manager training program centered around performance based/competency based recruiting.
Establish and run college recruitment campaigns.
Work effectively as an individual contributor in a fast-paced, ever changing environment with minimal supervision.
Work and influence cross functionally to meet expectations.
Other duties as assigned.
