THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED The Head of Talent Operations provides direction, strategy, and expertise in our Tier 2 services delivery function of HR Operations in key administration functions including total rewards, health and wellness, leaves, retirement, stock plans, operations, HRIS ideas, global mobility and immigration globally. This role ensures operational excellence and provides oversight for all HR Administration activities including vendor strategy, recommendations, choices, and management of our third party administrators.
Develop HR Administration team strategy based on overall HR Operational strategy and execute through team of professional and technical experts.
Coordinate and advise on HR Support activities including the development of processes, policies and tools to support the company.
Ensure consistent application of internally-set quality and customer service standards for HR Administration.
Develop and manage initiatives to drive operational excellence and exceptional customer service in HR Administration including developing, maintaining, and continuously improving processes, systems and technology, through measurement practices and department metrics.
Prioritize and delegate projects and HR Administration activities across staff members, providing coordination and support when needed.
Provide vision, leadership, planning, project coordination, and management for the development of a cost-effective team.
Potential to expand to partner on additional operational administration efforts.
Ensure vendors deliver against SLAs and any escalations are managed quickly and with high service standards.
BA plus 4+ years HR experience or Masters plus 2+ years human resources experience including 2+ years managerial experience.
Strong leadership, passion for excellence, and people management skills.
Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
Excellent analytical aptitude and reporting capabilities.
Strong client relationship skills.
Process improvement and creative problem solving, open to new ideas, and trying lots of options
